It was clean inside. The location was great and particularly good, very close to the harbour, the shops and hill and easily accessible. Also, we were at a medium distance from a scenic mountain.

The location of the hotel was great and magnificent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Mull Aquarium. The area was local near to town centre as well as the shops.

The hotel was in a central setting happy to get a taxi. The room was comfortable and with lovely beds.

We appreciated it. Great quality hotel overlooking garden, we had a really great experience here. The food available for continental breakfast was fresh. Every staff member was affable. The location of the venue was central, close enough to a hill above town, Kirk Cottage, and a taxi. Had dinner at Spice of Mull, set 15 mins away on foot.

I greatly enjoyed being there, the place is great quality.

Beautiful room and excellent bathroom with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels. Marvellous and magnificent position down to the harbour, in the local area. Overall a great stay for 4 nights.

A wide array of options for very good breakfast. Immaculately clean units where breakfast would be. The location excellent and perfect close to centre. A wide array of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a such wonderful time. Very very good breakfast selection with croissants and smoked salmon, everyone could find their favorite food.

The continental breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options including fresh salmon bagels and lots of fruit. The owner, Allison, was very friendly and accommodating, offering great local knowledge and suggestions for places to visit. The cottage itself is in a convenient location just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful vista overlooking the bay. The room was clean, comfortable, and homely, with ample storage. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

Felt at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

We appreciated this staying. It was cosy, tidy and where breakfast would be. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and particularly good location happy to get a taxi. Moreover, it's not far from Tobermory harbour as well as the island.

The location was great and good - adjacent to the harbour, and the sea front. It also was close to centre.

As for me, the location was marvellous, just off Tobermory harbour, and downtown. The breakfast had an exceptional continental option.

Exceptional breakfast, best ever had, with smoked salmon. This accommodation had a central setting happy to get a taxi.
